Dan was really terrific. He arrived early and was very friendly and efficient, explaining everything he was going to do. He worked quickly and cleanly and reported on the general condition of my Freelander at the end of the service. He also investigated a dash light that had come on intermittently and reassured me that there was no fault in the system. I was very pleased with the service. I felt confident that Dan had offered excellent service.
