Charlie was very polite and friendly, he explained why he coudlnt get my car started.
He explained that I needed a special Battery and once it had been delivered and fitted to my car he would come back to complete the diagnostic.

Charlie told me what was wrong and what I needed to do next, didn't try and blind me with science
