Charlie was my mechanic, he was fantastic - responded immediately on a bank holiday, scheduled inspection for the next morning, was prompt, provided a thorough report, and also spoke to me afterwards abou this findings.

On arrival was very polite and cracked on with the job upon finishing he explained everything to me in terms I would understand. Also suggested cost-effective ways to resolve the issue including offering to come back himself.
