The main positive for me is the fact Andrew kept me up to date with what was going on. If there were any issues he informed me straight away.

Andy was professional and helpful and did his best to sort my problem out. We certainly got a diagnosis and ruled out any simple problems. Unfortunately it was a bigger problem needing the intervention of the main dealership. The work Andy did was great value for the fee I was charged.
