Even though my appointment had to be changed ( due to not being to get hold of the part)
I was kept informed all the way and the future appointment was kept on time.

Good communication from booking to arrival. A really easy way to book a mechanic to service your car without having to leave the house or take your car somewhere and arrange lifts. A friendly mechanic. I would definitely do this again.
