BMW 1 Series Car Won't Start Inspection

Terrible. He done no work what so ever and told my the problem was the starting motor witch I already told him it was that. He then refused to do any work on my car because I would not pay £60 for a inspection yet I clearly stated it was my starting motor so there was no need for a inspection in the first place.

Sorry to hear your not happy, the job request was for inspection for not starting. I arrived at the location and carried out inspection and confirmed the starter motor was faulty. I explained to your partner that it would need a new starter motor afterwards, I spoke to Clickmechanic and explained the situation. The problem was they we’re unable to secure the funds from yours account. I was unwilling to pay and fit a starter motor with out it being paid for. I hope you managed to get the starter motor fitted eventually.
