Kas was around an hour and a half late but was apologetic. He was polite, friendly and text me on arrival and when he was finished as to not wake my sleeping baby.

Kas called to say due to traffic was running late and offered other times if him being slightly late was a problem. Wasn’t an issue and he was able to tell me if anything all it needed was an air filter change. Thanks for the honesty as my own garage said it was a heater matrix replacement.

Kas was great. He completed the work quickly and to a great standard. There was an issue out of his control which he dealt with as quickly as he could to no real detriment to me. Would highly recommend Kas in the future.
