Such a disappointment, Kas turned up clearly on some kind of drug and an hour after he told me he was on his way. Once he arrived he said if my car doesn't start there's nothing he could do and he didn't have jump cables to start it, even though in my description it specified clearly that it wouldn't start (jump cables would have been a handy piece of kit for a mechanic?). Luckily I had some in my car so we jump started the car and after barely glancing under my bonnet said there was nothing wrong. Feeling relieved that it was working I left it at that, only to find he had charged me the full price for this. I called him and he told me he would only charge me the call out fee and refund me the rest. It has been 2 weeks and there has not even been a patrial refund and when I contacted him to ask where it was he was extremely rude and I decided it was pointless trying to get my money back and I will have to take it higher. I was abit dubious about using click mechanic as i hadn't used it before but Kas was brilliant. Unfortunately the issue was something beyond being able to be fixed without an automatic transmission specialist. He was able to diagnose and give great advice on possible other options going forward. Will definitely use again 👍
