Christian was great, he arrived earlier than expected which was ideal. He showed me the parts he replaced and what else I need consider changing in the future

I had a text from Cristian to say he would be carrying out the work, I text Cristian asking a couple of questions but had no response. The chap that turned was called Marius. Nice polite and carried out the work needed.
