Cristian was good, my first time using Click Mechanic and would be happy to use again in the future.
I wasn't expecting the car to be test driven and this was helpful as I'd not had the car long and Cristian was able to highlight any potential problems, luckily all was pretty sound.

Work was good but he needed to put mats down when he changed the oil as it dripped on my drive leaving to black patches on my drive , I contacted the mechanic who told me to get brake and clutch solvent to remove it , I don’t think it is my responsibility pay and remove it

Christian arrived early, was very friendly and thorough. He changed the oil filter and air filter and showed me that one of my tyres badly needed changing even though the car had passed its MOT shortly before I bought it. I'm glad I decided to have it serviced and was very pleased with using Click Mechanic and how easy the whole thing has been to book. Definitely recommended.

Cristian saved us from buying a car with a potentially serious issue. He called immediately to discuss it and spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with me talking through what it might cost to resolve.

Cristian was professional and very competent. He called to explain issues he found with the car and also asked if there was any particular issue I was concerned with. He took this on board and gave detailed answers and explanations. He also discussed estimates for repair costs and was available to answer further questions I had via message and call.

This is the tenth time I used click mechanic and never let me down, always have work done my Mercedes and Audi Q5
No problem at all.
