Andrew phoned prior to our appointment to explain he would be late as some of the spares required had not arrived however he was there at the revised time slot (good communication). He was amiable, friendly and appeared knowledgeable and my car and front drive were clean and tidy upon job completion. I would not hesitate to use him again.
