I’ve never used this service before but will absolutely be using again.. Jay was fantastic .. Talked & showed me the problem (all done in a safe & secure manner) told me the solution & put me at ease.. The work was carried out on my drive which at the moment is so beneficial !!

Spot on, kept me informed every step of the way, did all the work that was asked to a high standard, even though it was cold and wet all day

He arrived in a smart liveried van, with all he needed to carry out the work required, which he did with a very methodical and efficient manner. He showed the replaced parts and new ones for comparison, always careful to wear a face covering and keep socially distanced during his time here. It was cold and raining but this didn't seem to put him off at all.

The mechanic was very polite and friendly and carried out the work in a professional manner. He explained what was carried out and that everything went as expected. Even better is that there is no sign left on the drive that any work has taken place. Very pleased and I'm happy to recommend both ClickMechanic and AVS for the work that has been carried out.......all at a great price.

Jay from AVS (think I’ve got his name right) was brilliant. Punctual, friendly, COVID secure, did a great job, finished quickly, waited while I did a test drive, cheaper than a garage and I didn’t have to leave the house. I’ll never use a main dealer or garage again. Could not recommend more highly

Jay responded promptly to my checking call and was bang on time.

He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and identified the issues straight away and fully rectified them with full and relevant explanations throughout.

He went the extra yards throughput the visit, cleaning sprayed oil of the engine and undertaking diagnostics to investigate and clear down historic faults.

He also identified further problems we may consider addressing and the implications.

He was meticulously tidy and very pleasant in manner.

I would hesitate in highly recommending him.
