Ashley was great. He called to let me know what time he was arriving - he got on with things with no hassle and a cheery manner, and everything was completed as expected. Truly no stress - and even positively pleasant. Ashley even went a few steps further and checked over little queries I had and cleaned the engine so it looked nicer than it ever has! Top banana!

No not happy with the work car off the road for the night-time and morning because he didn't have the right tools to do the job on replacing the fan belt overcharge for the second belt that had to be fitted alternator got a hole in it and screws of Fred bare and the fan belt second one is squeaking hasn't been fitted properly really upset with the company that came from Wales to do the job can't understand it couldn't get somebody local in Warrington you've not replied to my last I said you not reply to my last email very upset

Jay is very professional and polite. His knowledge is very impressive. He left his work area tidy too.

Jay provided an excellent service, all done at my home in the challenging Welsh weather.
The Brake pads and a track rod end were required on my X1 and it was all completed within a couple of hours.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use Avs in the future.

Jay ( hope I got the name right) turned up with in the time limits and called 30 mins before to confirm he was on his way.

He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Ashley was a great guy. He worked for hours in the pouring rain soaked through, and carried on. Work was completed and am perfectly satisfied with the job, his knowledge and experience. If all AVS technicians are as good as him I would recommend them to anyone.

Mechanic was the best. Job done as ordered. Very knowledgeable and polite. Explained some of the things that I need to watch out for and what may need sorting out before the next mot.
