No because he didn't finish the job you left my ABS light on and kept making excuses to come back so it's failed the MOT and cost me more money

Shaun was lovely - explained everything as he did it. Clearly explained what was wrong and my options going forward.

Friendly and attempted to fix the problem but unfortunately after he had left the problem returned. I will now have to go to a more traditional garage. I don't entirely blame the mechanic - your service is obviously geared to the more minor issues and he was out of his depth with my car's problem.

Shaun was early, but no problem. He was very helpful in suggesting things that he could improve on our Renault Scenic, and hits knowledge of this model was very good.

Shaun was very good and really helped us. He arrived early which was actually very nice so we could get on with the rest of our day. He got the car moving again and contacted a garage for us to find out how much the repairs will cost. Very helpful and will definitely come back to him again in the future if we need anything.

Shaun found the problem quickly, was really efficiant, talked me through it the whole way, and went out of his way tofix it prmptly for me.
