Mihai was great, picked the van up at 10ish, dropped it off at 5ish. As far as I can tell its all working, not sure what else to say.

Mihai was great - efficient, knowledgeable and happy to through what he had found and advise accordingly. He was slightly late, but that was down to traffic at the time of day but communicated well before his arrival.
