Mihai phoned me, offering to come early which was pleasing. He arrived as arranged, he was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and got the BMW up and running in the minimum time possible.

Mihai was a very competent mechanic, exactly on time with very short notice, double checked everything he did and worked in very bad weather conditions, very polite just maybe a bit more communication to let me know how the job was going , i had to ask , overall would definitlety use him again .

Mihai was incredible worked right through a heavy downpour and got the job done and kept me in the loop every step of the way .

I think Mihai is a very good mechanic and a nice person. But i do not understand , first ,why I was charge £45 for Priority slot fee: for visits between 29 Dec and 30 Dec when you said i will be charge £15 per slot.
Second Mihai was late by 3 hours on Friday and over 2hours on Saturday, so much for Priority! The contract was not fulfil. Click Mechanic should reimburse the Priority fee. It will be a fair gesture and a good public relation exercise.

Mihal did the work I requested only to find out that it wasn't the fault he quickly solved the problem and fixed it so I could get going excellent service and really appreciate the quick response in fixing my van .
