Mihai my mechanic and his colleague were brilliant. They arrived early to avoid the road closures at the top of my street and were absolutely brilliant. Happy for me to watch as they worked, they were very efficient and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Excellent service all round and very nice guys. I was a bit nervous about trying an online mechanic but will definitely use it again. Thank you.

Mihai was very polite/ efficient and got on with the job and it was all completed in the time that was stated. No mess left , I had a new oil sump with all the trimmings needed . Mihai and his colleague were excellent. My call for help at around 10:40 was responded to very promptly. I was informed that the mechanic would arrive between 15:00 and 17:00 hours; the mechanic(s) actually arrived at about 14:30, about half-an-hour earlier than expected, and proceeded with the fan belt replacement immediately. They were very friendly and efficient; I therefore give them full marks. Many thanks.
