The car was picked up promptly first thing in the morning from our address and returned again in the afternoon. Jon from SMS Autocare communicated promptly about further work that would be needed as part of the car service and I thought it was particularly helpful that the MOT could be done at the same time. I was very impressed with the whole procedure, from online booking, getting an immediate response to the possible dates I suggested for the service and a link to the car technician. Jon was helpful and personable and responded very quickly by text. I would definitely use ClickMechanic and Jon again.

My car was collected and delivered perfectly with a friendly smile, the MOT and interim service were completed in good time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service next year and for any problems I might have inbetween.

The service was excellent. I asked them to look at troublesome windscreen wiper as well as brakes they'd costed for and they resolved problem at no extra charge.
