Jon owns and operates SMS Autocare and has been running the business for over 15 years in the Slough area. Prior to setting up SMS Autocare Jon completed his apprenticeship and was then a mobile mechanic for 5 years. The team at SMS Autocare are fully trained and able to deal with all makes and models of cars (including EV and hybrid) and tackle all repairs and MOT's including motor bikes. The team at SMS operate a garage but are fully committed to a collection/drop-off service and have 5 dedicated full-time drivers. For the collection and drop-off facility Jon will contact customers the evening before the booking and inform collection times.

John picked the car up ON TIME. Work carried out as requested, but also sent me a video of the rear springs that had snapped, so i decided to have them done as well. My car was picked up at 7.30am and dropped back to me just after lunchtime. Excellent service and would recommend them.

small problem - someone didnt sign and stamp the logbook , but Jon could not have been more helpful, and went "above and beyond" to sort it out - even sent a chap out on Saturday to complete the book so I have a full service history. So great customer service.
