I didn't get to meet Jon, but met his son and one of his coworkers. They were very polite and curtious.. the work was completed in good time. The extra repair that was found to be needed was communicated to me well and the extra charges were very reasonable.

Jon and the team from SMS were absolutely fantastic, bang on time for pick up and had service complete and returned in good order. The members of staff that I meet were both friendly and chatty and had answers to the questions that I asked. 5 star effort from their team.

Jon was brilliant. I can't thank him and clickmechanic enough. I love this service, it's so very convenient. I sent a message and got instant replies. I’m happy with the work but they seem to have used an excessive amount of fuel and have delivered the car back with nearly 0 miles left in the tank and completely on the empty mark.

Picked up the car earlier than expected which meant i got it back sooner as well! The work was done really quickly and efficiently!! Very satisfied :)
