The guys were friendly,highlighted other problems with the car that needed doing.

The guys at SVG were amazing, very polite and on time.

Had a bit of a mix up with parts (not SVG fault) Alastair called me and explained what happened and it was all good.

Pointed out a few things wrong with the car I had no idea about and I will be using them to get them fixed at the end of the month.

Collected car albeit a little later than scheduled. Delivered back on time and the work completed was great. Would recommend.

Alistair (ive used him before) was, as usual, helpful polite and enthusiastic when it came to a major service and MOT to my 2011 Audi RS5. The car was picked up a bit later than the expected time of a two hour window, which has brought the punctuality score down a little. Totally happy with the work carried out, and Alistair was willing and able to carry out extra jobs such as front suspension issues and front brake pads replacement (8 pot RS brakes). Car was returned on the timescale.
