Stephan turn up on time and was well prepared - had done research on the issue before turning up and knew all the right things to try and resolve the issue, communicated fully and was honest about what he was trying and that it may not work (it did work and saved me a very expensive trip to the Audi garage). Would ndefinately recommend, exactly the kind of service you want from a Mechanic, honest and trustworthy.
