Stephen was great, explained everything and gave good advice on my options to getting the car fixed.

Problem quickly confirmed and fixed. Unfortunately, Stephen's arrival was delayed by a previous appointment, but no problem, as I did get a call to explain, so was aware of the revised appointment time on the day.
Also, we were able to agree an earlier visit than originally proposed, which coincided with a gap in my work diary, so my vehicle was back on the road sooner. Result!
