John was great, saved me having unnecessary work done. And willing to do some internet research. More work to be done at a later date.

John did a thorough investigation of the problem and ruled out several causes. Unfortunately the problem was too complex to resolve, but he did as much as he could in the time. We now need to decide whether to spend more on further investigation or to scrap the car. Overall he was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely use him again.

I was very impressed with Bob's work on diagnosing the fault codes on my Citreon C4. He explained the significance of each code and gave a precise explanation of the specific problem and the action required to clear it.
