John was exceptional, very thorough and diligent, a true professional, I was totally happy with his performance.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was the first time my Volvo has had the engine apart and I needed someone I could rely on being a frontline carer and needing my car repaired. It was a much harder job than first anticipated and John worked tirelessly under all extremes of weather, with a mix of thunderstorms and 30 degree heat, he declined to take any additional payment for labour despite being told he should as he worked damn hard. He was fully prepared and declined all nutrition and hydration as he had bought his own and even worked on Sunday (Father’s Day) until approximately 8pm efficiently. John was very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the work he had to do. Due to some very rusty parts, John went above and beyond what was required to complete the work.

John was really friendly, he Explained how some parts work on the car and specifically the engine. He suggested a few things to try on my car first before going to a garage. He spent a while looking at my car and turned out I had bought a dodgy part (to try and fix the original issue) and so changed it back. It’s now running normally again but still with the original issue, John has been very helpful with this and has saved me a lot of money than if I went to a garage!
