He has taken the printout from my car as he wants to do more research about the numerous fault codes to get a more precise idea of exactly what work needs doing, I really appreciate this. John called to confirm that he was on his way and arrived as when said. John got to work straight away and talked me through what he was doing, following a good methodical order. Got my car running again and explained the issue. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
