Yes Andreas was knowledgeable and he did the job well. Andreas communicated with me to explain the problem exactly and seemed happy for me to peer over his shoulder. He also diagnosed another very simple issue which needed to be fixed.

He did diagnose the car but I expected him to investigate deeper this issue?

Andreas was fab! After being quoted above the odds to have my alternator changed and told it would take over a week (with Christmas coming up) I was in quite a panic. But Click Mechanic and Andreas managed to have the part and be with us in less than 48 hours. Would highly recommend.

I am happy with the work completed, however really disappointed to realise that neither the mechanic nor the platform will provide me battery warranty, none of the document provided to me tells which battery has been replaced and what is the manufacturer warranty. It all forces me to use the platform again in future of there is any problem with the battery, pay initial inspection charges and get it replaced, I can’t get it replaced from somewhere in spite of paying 500 pound overall.
