Andreas did a superb job. He asked me few basic questions & based upon my answers he straight away knew the problem. Within minutes, the problem was resolved.

I'm not entirely sure if the fuel filter was changed because after I drove for a few hours, the warning light appeared again indicating water in the filter. I believe he only drained the filter because when I checked under the car, it still had the original Ford filter. I highly doubt the fuel filter was ever changed in a million years, and he even gave me back an old fuel filter. I'm not sure where that filter came from.

Andreas was really helpful and on time. The issue was sorted really quickly and we would definitely use this service again.
