hi
was initially fine with service-but.....once in my vehicle and making my way home from work-i observed squeeking noises and rubbing sounds.
i rang the chap who serviced my vehicle who arranged to come along the next morning to have a look and see exactly what the problem was-when the next day came-i received a phone call intimating that he would be along in the afternoon and not the morning as scheduled.
he never arrived !!!!
i have heard nothing since-no text message or phone call to explain or make further arrangements..... NOT HAPPY !!!
to date-i still have a squeaking noise which was not there prior to service-will be interesting to see when (if ever) i'm actually going to receive any attention.

Friendly, came within allocated time, answered my questions and was professional. Would book again.

The mechanic turned up an hour early and really knew his stuff he went in depth with his checks and explained what would need to be done. Highly recommended!

happy with the work, but disappointed mechanic did not update the car computer with new changes, and use correct Ratchet with Torque adjuster according to engine specifications
