The mechanic who came to see me was a colleague of Andreas he stated some defects and promised us a quote to get it repaired but later Andreas stated that he could not do the work in the receipt on the booking other than that it was OK.

Andreas was very friendly and undaunted by the amount of things you need to remove to get access to the battery. He was a bit late but kept me informed of his ETA so not a problem

Andreas was overall good but I have a few issues; 1. He failed to Syphon off the brake fluid reservoir so when he pushed the caliper pistons back the fluid came out of the reservoir and over the engine bay, the reservoir is now overfilled to the brim. 2. He damaged the vinyl wrap on my lug nut covers because he used long nose pliers instead of a cap puller. 3. He arrived at the latest time possible 10am which is fine, but he had the wrong brake pad size so he had to go get the right part, he was gone for over an hour.
