They misdiagnosed the problem as the door latch and a mechanical issue. We got the part and paid again for them to fit it, they said they tried and it was the wrong part. We discovered they didn't try as you can't fit the part without replacing the door barrel which was unable to be removed. A separate garage had to do all this work at additional cost. We then find this was not the problem at all. So parts and labour paid for but not needed. I had to pay for the wiring loom to be fixed which is the problem. I was refused a refund for the misdiagnosis despite the additional costs it caused me. Click mechanic have nothing to do with refunds, they take their fee then take no more responsibility. I would not use this service or the mechanic again. Very unhappy and hundreds of pounds poorer for work done that was not needed. Do not trust them and they have no guarantee either. Not impressed.
