John arrived exactly perfectly on time and was very polite & friendly. He carried out the work quickly and professionally, despite the fact it was pouring down with rain. Once finished, he talked me through what he had done and explained what needed doing to the car in the future. Very happy, would definitely use again.

John arrived on time and definitely seemed to know his trade to the confidence inspiring extent that he could explain technical issues in simple terms. I ultimately didn't need anything other than an inspection/diagnosis but the requested quote seemed very reasonable and had I not had the original garage right their wrong for free I would have been very happy to have accepted and had John do the work

John was absolutely excellent in every respect. He introduced himself in a polite but friendly way, and quickly reassured me that he should be able to find and fix the problem. This proved to be the case. Within 10 minutes, he had established that a radiator leak was the source of my car's over-heating. He re-topped my water, adding top-quality coolant and anti-freeze. He then proceeded to go through a range of options covering how I could monitor the leak, or replace the radiator. He responded with deep knowledge to all of my questions. John is very good value for money.
