Excellent - cannot fault John's approach. Kept me updated about when he would attend - and turned up as promised. Explained everything in a way that I could understand. Carried out the work efficiently and professionally. Professional appearance, very good customer care, completed the work very quickly, returned the car locked up and with everything done. Explained in detail about the work he was doing and going to do - and returned with the new part and fitted it as an extra trip but at no extra cost because the delay in providing the part laid with the Post Office. I would trust john to carry out any work on my vehicles - the complete professional.

Very helpful, explained everything in non-technical terms, was happy to show me all the issues and explain the priority with which they should be dealt, very efficient in sending e-mails about when he would attend, followed up by a phone message, honest about what needed to be done and what was optional, or not really necessary. Polite, friendly and professional approach, made me feel confident about what he was saying - and he had even brought his own cup of tea!

Arrived promptly, got on with the job - all done within a very short time. Perfect! Wouldn't even have cuppa. Job well done, problem fixed. Thank you
