Paul was excellent. Communication was very good. He explained what the problem had been with the car and what work had been carried out. Very happy with the work. The job Paul has done changing the clutch has made the gears smoother now than when the car was new,
I will be in touch as soon as the next service is needed.

Communication with Martin the mechanic was really good, he kept me up to date with what was happening but the process online was very slow once I had found out what the problem was, it took nearly 2 hours to get a quote for the work which meant it couldn't be completed on the same day. Martin rang to let me know what time he would be arriving and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.
