Thomas was knoweledgable and honest. However I was disappointed that he could not fix the problem or there was no follow on process to get the vehicle to a recommended garage.
I ended up calling the AA out to recover the vehicle and sort a garage out. This could have been done in the fi rst place and saved the cost of 81 pounds.

The mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. I am happy with the work they carried out.
