Thomas was great. He turned up on time and with the right part for my car. He asked me about my diagnosis of the problem - new starter motor needed - and checked it our for himself before proceeding to remove the old one. He worked efficiently and was friendly whilst not wasting time with idle chit chat. When finished he explained exactly what work he'd carried out.
I'd definitely use ClickMechanic again in the future - and book Thomas if available.
