My mechanic was really nice and just cracked on with the job. Came to my works car park and more mussled through the greasy old brakes. Great service and so much cheaper than what a local mobile mechanic wanted. Definitely recommending to friends and family. Will use again.

I had a problem with my ABS light permanently on after wheel bearings and ABS rings/sensors plus ABS pump and electronics had been changed.
After carrying out the diagnostics, I was told I had an ABS fault which could be to do with wires or probably the ABS pump so no further forward left with same problem

Arrived early, was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing in a clear way. He even showed me the new parts he was fitting to the car. 10/10!

Yes the fault has been identified and fixed at the workplace with no inconvenience to us at all. Very pleased with the service and the car has subsequently passed MOT. Fault was in the loom with some bad DIY wiring work done by previous owner/s and picked up quickly by the click mechanic.
I would use click mechanic again, especially when you cant park the car up due to work commitments and its done at your work place. Invaluable service.

I would reccomend this service as cheaper then taking your car to the garage and the mechanic can come to your home. I would say its a helpful and proessional service, my mechanic came on the Saturday even though i had only booked it the evening before

Excellent experience from a company and mechanic I knew nothing about. I looked on line to see how much the part would cost and the advert popped up. I decided to try the booking system and was pleasantly surprised that the site quoted for the specific job that I wanted done. A little shakey getting the appointment over Fri, Sat, Sun but they emailed me back and kept me informed about what they were trying to do. Eventually got someone to take the job and the contact was perfect. Mechanic texted straight away to make mutual arrangements where to do the job. Came to place of work to do the job in the car park. Came early and contacted me straight away. Came down to open up for him and left him to do the job. Called me to come down when he had finished and gave good explanation of what was wrong and what he had done. Gave the ok for the payment to go through and received instant email confirming this. Service 95% (nobody's perfect) Mechanic 100% Communication 100% Time keeping 100% Efficiency 100% Would I use again? 100% Would I recommend? 100% especially to women who usually are at risk of getting ripped off. Price was good and I guess would have cost much more at garage had I chosen to go there. All in all - a brilliant experience. Many thanks. Now saving up for a full service. Read more
