Arrived bang on time, if not a little bit early and cracked straight on with the job. The job was completed quickly and I was told and shown exactly what was done and received a stamp in the service book also. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend clickmechanic to anyone.

Excellent service from a friendly and knowledgable mechanic. Unfortunately the car hasn't been mended and needs to be repaired at further cost - but this is not the fault of the mechanic, who completed the work we booked him for and tried his best to help us. The whole ClickMecahnic process is easy and effortless. You can look after your car from your desk instead of trawling round garages looking for one you like the look of! Would definitely use again.

Ahmed provided a very professional service. He was courteous, punctual and did an excellent job fitting a new coil spring on a frosty January morning. At each stage of the job he was keen to explain how it was going, and completed the job exactly how it was outlined on ClickMechanic. I was very grateful for his help in getting our car back on the road quickly.

I ordered a pre purchase inspection with Ahmed. I was not with he vehicle but was kept informed at all times, he checked the car and called me and give me adequate feedback prior to my purchase, he also recommended some things be changed before my purchase of the vehicle and they were. I was even able to call Ahmed again the next day for him to fully explain the fault that he had pulled up on the car. I would gladly use Ahmed again if I were to buy a vehicle in that region and ClickMechanic as a company if I am out of that region.

Following a booking with click mechanic a mechanic came out identified I had a leak in the radiator and promptly charged £42 to my card, said he would get me a quote the next day and following that I had an email confirmation saying they would visit next day. When trying to accept the quote no mechanic was available for another week, so as I needed my car the next day I promptly cancelled the quote and went to a garage, the garage quote was cheaper and no call out fee haha. My advice is to take your car to a garage it'll be cheaper and quicker, do not use click mechanic.
