Fiat Grande Punto Starter motor replacement

Was with me just over an hour, couldn't remove starter, told me the top bolt was threaded and couldn't be removed.
I changed the starter myself the following weekend, top bolt came straight out, job took me 45 minutes start to finish.
Reply from Dylan:
Hi, where sorry you feel this way however we aim for all our work to be completed correctly the first time. The main issue here was bolts where cross threaded and bolts where also missing (main bolts holding starter motor on) if we had carried out this work it would have been left in a state which no means would have been professional.
It was quite obvious from the start someone had tampered with this vehicle before we started hence making the job very difficult. We then decided it wasn’t safe to carry out the work and risk damaging your vehicle and our tools and a job someone had previously attempted and made a mess on.
