Ford Mondeo Car Won't Start Inspection

The mechanic was only here for 10 minutes. He did not carry out a proper inspection before deciding I need a new starter motor. This was dispute him carry out any checks on the starter motor . He never even removed the engine cover. Very unhappy with the service and now have to pay again for a proper inspection

Mazda Mazda3 Air conditioning system inspection

Very punctual, came out diagnosed that I needed a new AC unit. Asked the him to contact me with a price and what parts I would need to order and have heard nothing back after two attempts. Seems a total waste of £62 for 10 mins work with no follow up. I could have had the same answer from Halfords for £30. I used click mechanic in order to have a mechanic work at my address or take car away as I work six days a week. Now I’m £60 down and no closer to getting the job fixed. Won’t be using click mechanic again.
