Alex was very helpful. I will have no idea of the quality of the report until I have driven the vehicle for a while (he conducted an inspection on a van I was interested in), but he was helpful, courteous and very easy to get hold of. From what I have experienced so far I would recommend him, but the proof will be in the vehicle itself.
