Friendly , took car away and returned 2 hrs or so later with brakes and discs charged. Very happy with service.

Nice bunch of lads, but as things go it was a long process what should have been a straight fwd job.

I usually take the car to our local garage, however, their availability was limited so I gave ClickMechanic a try. Initial communication via text & email was good, suggesting a collect time between 08.00 - 10.00. It was past 11.00 when the car was collected causing a mild panic as we had an appointment to attend. Not until the following morning was any form of communication made when the car was dropped home. The gentleman was polite on the phone.
It would have been appreciated to have received an update on progress and ETA of delivery of the car.

Very happy service will definitely use again. Had a new starter motor fitted he picked the car up and dropped it back a few hours later

I was originally facing a 4-week wait with a local garage for a timing chain repair, but Ali stepped in and completed the work that very weekend, which was a huge relief. The pricing was clear and fixed through the site, and he also gave honest, knowledgeable advice — recommending that I replace the tensioner clip and auxiliary belt at the same time, which gave me extra confidence the job was being done properly.
