Andy the mechanic kept in contact regarding when he would arrive to do the work. He did very well working only with his torch as it was dark when he carried out the work. Good job 👍

I have written to your customer services to raise serious complaints about the unprofessional service you provide and I have requested a refund.

- Firstly, the mechanic spent less than 20 minutes inspecting the car, didn't test drive or raise the car to inspect
- the report didn't provide any photographs or any details on the highlighted faults. the information was not insightful.
- The engineer asked the seller whether the car was for sale and if he could buy it!

Accordingly I can't rely on the report and require a refund asap.

Hello, thank you for your comments unfortunately we get cases where sellers make negative statements on the inspection made if we fault the vehicle in any way. The comments are simply untrue we have the proof sir. All photos and fault codes were uploaded to your report and also sent over to your contact number as you had requested. I have taken a screen shot of the report that’s uploaded and also of our conversation by message that we have sent you the pictures and can see everything clearly.

We did not ask the seller to buy this vehicle, this vehicle is in bad condition. We did test drive this vehicle, for 10 minutes we drove this car.
We advised you of the rust and corrosion that was found underneath the vehicle when conducting our checks, so the vehicle was raised for our engineer to even get underneath. There’s also pictures of that.

The information provided to yourself was in-depth and accurate please re-read and evaluate the report that we have sent you. Also please check again the pictures that were sent to your mobile number.

Our work was carried out correctly and professionally. Unfortunately you were not there at the time of inspection so it’s our word against theirs but for us we have pictures and fault codes and evidence of the condition of the car and test drive. Which were sent on the report and to yourself directly.

The purpose of the picture attachments on the reports is to safeguard both ourselves and you so you can see the issues and what we have checked clearly with pictures as evidence rather than just word of mouth from the seller. It’s indisputable as we have recorded every step of our work.

Sorry that the seller was not honest with yourself. This simply is not a car we would buy or even ask about buying due to its condition, and I actually already own a Range Rover and are very familiar with the issues and common problems which occur with these hence why my check was thorough. We will be logging a complaint against this seller for lying to you.
