I was very happy with the work and the whole process. It was all very straightforward.

Correy arrived on time and came equipped to overcome some unforeseen problems.

Correy was great, collected my car from home, service MOT and cambelt change, MOT failed but was fully discussed and repaired same day, returned home by 3pm, reasonably priced too!

Correy was good in timing and communication. But unfortunately after his diagnostic check and service my car dash had engine warning light and EPS light again within 30mts. I drove my car with a hard steering wheel to the near by service center and they found out the fault within minutes and fixed it. How come Correy was not able to find it. I am really unsatisfied with the service coz my trouble shoot was not fixed and I paid the money for it. Coorey was very good as a person but he failed to fix the issue in the car.

Correy was booked to do an interim service and MOT. He arrived earlier than the specified time but telephoned me to say he would be with me in 5 minutes. Correy telephoned me a short time later to say that unfortunately my car had failed its MOT and advised me that I needed two new headlights and also a couple of advisory notes. My car is 18 years old. I asked Correy if he would be able to carry out the work needed to be done regarding the headlights and to MOT it again. He would be able to do it the following day and immediately informed ClickMechanic so they were able to give me a quote. Correy telephoned me again the next day after all works on my car had been completed to say he would be with me within 10 minutes.

Correy was excellent, gave me a call when on his way. Arrived promptly and got the job done quickly with no fuss.

Correy communicated well and worked extremely hard to get the job done the same day
