Man was ok but had my dpf filter cleaned on Thursday and Sunday morning engine management light came back on so same problem not happy with this

Correy arrived early and was friendly, he was able to tell me very quickly that it was not the alternator which we had assumed and booked in for, but instead the battery, I was told by Correy that clickmechanic wanted to charge me £160 for the new battery & fitting, I double checked by asking if that would be the whole cost and Correy said "yes" So I went ahead.
I have since checked my bank only to find I was charged £199.27!
I have questioned Correy however he has told me that clickmechanic must have added on there commission or something, he didn't really know for sure. This is quite disappointing for my second time using clickmechanic, as my first experience was really positive, however clickmechanic has now lost my trust and probably won't use them in the future. yes, apex tuning were helpful and went above and beyond to get my car fixed

Correy was on time, courteous, did the job within the time given. The car still wouldnt start but he did get it going. He left me his card as the work has a 12 month guarantee. Its had a good run out now and starts every time.

I had Correy last year to do an interim service and MOT last year. Correy came again this year to do a full service and MOT. Unfortunately my car failed its MOT, but then my car is 19 years old. Correy sent me an updated estimate on the works needed to be carried out and I agreed to it. Correy kept me updated throughout and told me the parts were ordered from various areas around the country and was dependent on the couriers as to when my car would be finished. He estimated Wednesday, so I was extremely surprised and delighted to find Correy returning my car before 10 am on Tuesday. I highly recommend Correy and would use Correy and ClickMechanic in the future.

Correy was brilliant! He was able to attend the bay before my booking despite it being a last minute request with no fault :) kept me updated on the status of the repair and the whole service has been clear and efficient i will definitely be using click mechanic again and would definitely recommend to others! Thanks again. (As for the repair and work done itself, i am yet to drive the vehicle so i cannot comment as of yet but i was assured that the work went fine and was made aware of any further advisory work i need doing)
