Mechanic was late.booked 10-12 but did not arrived till around half past 1pm.and only did the major service i booked for less than half hour.not sure if should be that quick.im happy that is done quickly but is that normal?

Good afternoon,
I am sorry you're unsatisfied with our service.
Unfortunately we were late due to an accident and the road being closed by the police, providing mobile repairs unfortunately carries the risk of this sort of thing and we did call you to let you know about the delay a few hours before.
In regards to the speed at which the service was done, we pride ourselves in our quality and efficiency. Our mobile repair van is fully equipped and mechanics are extremely knowledgeable which means we are able to complete are jobs in a timely manner.
It is also worth noting that your vehicle is very common and we do multiple services on these engines every month so we are extremely familiar with them.
We also showed you the work we was doing whilst doing it so you could see what was what and answered your questions along the way.
Perhaps you could provide some feedback as to exactly what we could have done better?
