First attempt, the part where supplied incorrectly. Second time I was left with a faulty car that I had to recover to a garage to have repaired. I would 100% avoid the AA and their customer service team.

The only positive was the people they sent being friendly.

Chris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable during the time he spent diagnosing the issue with my car. He called me earlier on to provide an approximate time he would arrive. Chris explained in detail what the issue was and how it could be prevented in future. I was left more than happy with the service he provided.

Glenn was friendly, clearly an expert and very thorough. Also, very cheerful in the face of incessant rain! I would definitely recommend his services.
