Ebo was excellent, kept me aware of what was happening, very proactive in his communication and very helpful.

Ebo and the two technicians he sent were all personable and communicative.
However they turned up at 09:15 when booked for 14:00-16:00. They found the screws attaching the disc to the hub were immovable and so drilled them out. There was no drill on the van so had to wait for Ebo to come and fix.
No road test on finishing the job but I found a continuous scraping noise so reported to Ebo who agreed to come next day. I called him at 16:00 since he had not arrived; he had forgotten but travelled immediately and fixed.

Ebo was fantastic from start to finish, very happy with the service and I will be using again in the future.

My experience with clickmechanic and with Ebo the mechanic who carried out the work was truly first class. I was given a wide choice of dates and times to choose from and a confirmed cost by email. I was then put in touch with my assigned mechanic Ebo, who responded straight away and arranged for my car to be collected within a specific time slot. This was done exactly on time, and Ebo was then in touch to advise progress. The work itself was completed within a couple of days, and the car returned to me on time as promised. Great coms and great work. I cannot praise highly enough.

I had a time slot booked between 8:00 and 10:00. I did call up about 10:00 as I had not heard from the mechanic and was advised that they will be with me shortly and they did try calling me twice. They arrived and were very friendly and it shocked me how quick they were but thorough. I have been sent the report and very happy with the work that was done today.

Ebo is friendly and knowledgeable.

He did great work on this complicated job,(to replace a alternator in my car!)

Ebo was great, was scheduled to come out in the morning and had an unfortunate malfunction with his van. Contacted me straight away and explained the issue. He still managed to get out to me to complete a service on my car which i needed for the next day. Very friendly and polite, all the work seems to have been done from what i can check and for the price i can't see how anyone could moan. Way cheaper than any garage in my area and i didnt even have to leave my house. Super happy, and will most definitely use again.

He was polite,friendly and professional,got straight on with the job and did it quite quickly and tidily.Came just outside my allotted time slot but with traffic around that was understandable.
No complaints at all and I did get a call to say he was running late.
Good customer service all round,will use again.
