My mechanic was very good, polite and knowledgeable.
My main criticism with the service is the very very high price.
A regen on the vehicle should never cost the high price paid.
So, although the mechanic was good.

Paulo was great, he came early, talked through my problem and helped me get it fixed!

Paulo arrived within his arrival window and got to work straight away on our car! He completed the work in less time than stated the work would take even though he told me that he had a bit of a problem with one of my brake calipers being seized up he freed it up and cleaned it and got it working again. Paulo was very knowledgeable and even came back a couple of days later when I told him the handbrake light was staying on in the dash he fixed that and told me exactly what the problem was. Cannot fault Paulo or his work! 100% happy and would highly recommend
