Colin turned up on time and inspected my car for faults. He immediately recognised the issue using his car scanner/computer and gave me some practical tips on how to resolve the issue. I liked his pragmatic suggestions which were considerate of the context (my car is pretty old so I don't want to spend lots on it) which included cheap DIY fixes and more involved repairs to get my car to a drivable state. Overall satisfied with the service!
